i subpoenad a file from the officiator of the original hearing, who should have the original recording. however, when they submitted the file for the subpoena, the creation date seems to have been altered during the burn procees – they burned it to disk. is there a way that i can explain to folks how to provide the file so this creation date is preserved? thanks.
